We both breathed a sigh of exhaustion as we stepped into our apartment last night.

Driving from Larkspur, Colorado, to Abilene,Texas, on Sunday didn't seem to take as long (playing video games helps the time pass whether your in a car or not) as the next day did driving from Abilene to Clinton, Mississippi. We stayed with my friend Kelly Gann, from the Ireland trip, parents monday night and got on the road tuesday morning.

So this is a note of bewilderment at how truck drivers stay awake and can drive for 5 days in a row.
